MOM'S ORIGINAL SWEET FLAVOR NOW NUT FREE!

Our Traditional RUGELACH dough is made with Butter, Cream Cheese, Sour Cream, & Flour - the same basic recipe your grandmother used (as did our Great-Grandmother!) But the technique used on our dough makes this treat head and shoulders above the rest!  After forming the dough, we roll it out, add folds (laminating the dough), re-roll it, re-chill it, and fill the dough with the same (almost) flavors our Mom made for us as kids!  All ingredients are locally sources and preservative free.  In this food service offering we have swapped out the walnuts for CACAO NIBS - which is a derivative of the chocolate plant so those with nut allergies can now also enjoy our sweet treats! You will receive 4 bags of 18 in one primary package; for a total of 72 pieces of APRICOT/ CACAO NIBS Rugelach.  Always sold Frozen to be Baked Off Fresh!

As if the delicious savory onion/cheese rugelach weren't enough to make me a devoted Quicksilver Baking Company fan, when I came back to the Newton Farmers Market to buy more, I sampled the sweet raspberry rugelach. I couldn't believe my tastebuds! In all the years of trying since my mother's passing, I hadn’t been able to duplicate her delectable raspberry twists recipe, my most favorite of all her pastries.
