Our Traditional RUGELACH dough is made with Butter, Cream Cheese, Sour Cream, & Flour - the same basic recipe your grandmother used (as did our Great-Great-Grandmother!) .... But the technique used on our dough makes this treat head and shoulders above the rest! Our SAVORY RUGELACH is one of a kind and can only be found here at Quicksilver Baking Company! After rolling the dough, we laminate it, re-chill it, re-roll it, we fill the dough with fresh Jalapenos that we roast and dice and Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese. Not only are these little delights are great at a party, as an 'appetizer for dinner (they pair really well with Chili think Chili Pot Pie!!).. they are perfect for football (or any sport) sunday snack too, The pastry bakes up golden brown, light, flaky, and puffy with lots of layers.
